You guys are phenomenal! You were able to interrupt a scam my father was in the middle of and he made it through without any loss. Over my years as a police officer, I have worked hundreds of cases involving internet, email and traditional mail scams. Usually by the time I get to them, the money is gone and it is heartbreaking to tell them there is nothing I can do to help. It is heartwarming to know that there is a small group of volunteers looking out as best they can. Your operation is fundamentally necessary in our society. I will spread the word and I will discuss with my wife this evening how much we will be donating. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I just got off the phone with my client Maureen M. who asked me to check her iMac for any malware that might be on her computer.
Turns out you saved her by intercepting the scam in progress.
She was very lucky that you were monitoring the scam going on while it was happening!
All I can do is warn and educate my mostly elderly clients. They often contact me asking if something is ok or not (usually not ;-).
